Hi Ann that's the right Church and area and family.
But what months were the censuses taken?
WOuld it make her much more than 9months old?
I think Sam and Ellen are William Henry's parents.
Not sure about Joseph.

5th April 1891 which would make Hannah at least 15 mths old

I see - there is this record on the igi but it is a submiited one so may not be accurate

Joe the best idea is to add to the thread you already have on the board as it's all connected and people just end up repeating details and it looks like you have now got 4 threads on the same family!
