I have searched GRU, Cheshire BMD and Free BMD but can't find Harry Newall. He was born in Warrington, and his nine brothers and sisters were born between 1908 and 1933. Can anyone find his date of birth and marriage, and the name of his wife please?

I put the wrong first name, have edited the post to read Harry. I only know that he was born in Warrington, most likely between 1908 and 1933, not any earlier and not any later.

Any names for his siblings please? Parents names?

No one has the information you have unless you give it

that information is essential for anyone else to do any searches to try to help you! you knowing it just doesn't help


how do you know he existed at all for instance ?

you know _something_ about him !!


without finding his records, you don't know whether his name was Harry, Harold or Winston !

Harry would be short for Harold (or Henry).
How do you KNOW he was registered as Harry ?

Parents were Isaac Newall and Hannah McKenna (McKanna on some records). His siblings were William, Evelyn, Elsie, Edward, Ronald, Edna, Arthue, Nellie and Marie

it is just as posible that Newall got misspelled on birth entries as that McKenna did

maybe you would give ALL your information, like the birthdates of the siblings, so people aren't hunting and gathering pointlessly

The spelling a century ago was only as good as the registrar....

MarieCeleste, as he doesn't show on the 1911 census he must have been born sometime after that but before 1933.
