john we can only find possible answers for you.

i have told you there are several georges and one was on the majestic and another was a baker.

from what you are saying the 1851 census is correct for his second wife. what other info do you have and what are your sources.

do not accept anything from other peoples tree without proof because they could be wrong.

Looks like he was discharged 1849, having loss of vision in right eye, due to ulcer on cornea.
Intended place of residence, Wincanton, Somerset.

LadyKira

LadyKira Report 12 Feb 2011 14:39

and also the other children's

and of course the whole load of censuses for the family is posted there

there are instructions put in front of you when you start a thread, they are there for you to read

they say

Please don’t post about the same person or family twice as this can make extra work for the volunteer helpers.

they also say

Give as much detail as possible when explaining who you are trying to find. If known, try putting the name, place of birth and year of birth in the subject line of your thread. All known information will make it much easier for volunteer helpers to help you.

in this thread you started out once again without even giving a place name

and you very very very certainly did not give all information known to you >>>> the information I and others had already found for you in your other thread
