Im trying to find the reference number to get the birth certificate for Sydney Robinson Peen born 25 Feb 1923.Not sure where he was born. There are, Ive seen, Peen's in London and Kent. I cant find his birth! In his marriage to Mary Swift 28 July 1945, his father is William George Peen. There are some different spellings of Peen and im just wondering if im missing something. There is a William George Peen born 1889 in London and he married to Edith in 1915. That could be his parents. I think he did have one sister who emigrated to Australia. Any help much appreciated. |

That looks most like the potential parents. May be he was born outside England and Wales but I wasn't aware of that. Is William G Peen in the 1911 CENSUS with an occupation? |

They were married in Gloucester. He worked on aircraft in the war. Witnesses no good virtually illegible. |

I think you may have stumbled on something RutlandBelle. That would tie in on his date of birth. Robinson is an unusual middle name. Isn't it |
