This is the Thomas Harris/Maria Leach marriage from lancs-opc - different father's name and occupation to the White/Leach marriage and she says she is a spinster: |

Checking the image for the 1881 that Rose posted, Maria is shown as married, as is the son Charles; Sarah Leech is shown as daughter and, given their ages,probably not John and Elizabeth's. |

I think that Jax means that you will find out the father's name if he is mentioned on the birth certificate. If Susannah's mother was married then the father should be named on the certificate. However if she wasn't married then the father's name may not be added to the certificate if the child was illegitimate. |
