Please has any one Transcript of BMD for Witney, Oxfordshire?

I am looking for the Baptism of Sarah born 1836/7 d of Charles & Ruth Harman.
Please can you look to see if their son William born c1845 Witney, had a second name, he is with parents in1851, I can’t find him in the 1861, 1871 & 1881 census?
But there is a Frederick Harman Huckwell, born in 1846, see above, with Joseph & Ruth Huckwell [her second husband] in 1871 census.
And in the 1861 census Frederick Harman Visitor Unmarried M 16 1845 Witney. Is with Joseph & Leah Sandell [I think is his aunt] at Hockmore Street, Cowley, Oxford.

If you actually look at the 1871 IMAGE, you will see that the 'do' under Huckwell has been crossed out!

And Laura Harman is also living there

But I still cant find William or Frederick in 1881.

Please can any one find the Baptism of Frederick s of Charles & Ruth Harman about 1844/5, there was a Frederick registered Abingdon, all the other children were born in Witney.

Thank you for the 1881 census for Frederick, interestingly I see the address is Corn Street, Witney
Ruth is living in Corn Street, Witney, with her 2nd husband Joseph Huckwell, & Thomas Harman Ruth son is also living in
Corn Street, Witney.

I missed the HARMAN, Male (unnamed) in 1845,but if this is Frederick he isn’t in the 1851 census!!
