Do you think that Charlotte might have been married before as having two sir names ?or was she born out of wedlock and took her mothers name i did find on bmd a George Padley and Mary Eastwood married 1843 in nottingham do you think they might be her parents?

That looks a preety good bet for her parents.

This may be 1861 census. Mary is Head of Household and married, so husband might be away from home. Place of birth agrees with 1891 census for Charlotte.
