Can any one help, ive been tracing my wife tree back but have got stuck on william curtis born 1865,give or take a year, born in london, i have his marriage cert, he married mary baines 7 may 1887 in islington london, his fathers name is given as samuel, who is deceased, i cant seem to find william before this date, a fresh pair of eyes may find something. :-S

i have the marriage cert in front of me marriage date as before 7 may 1887 islington william age 22 mary 20 both living at 130 pembroke street witnesses e baines and t or s baines, samuel ,williams father although decessed profession is given as varnish maker.

What child of William and Mary is your wife descended from?
Mary Baines born 1867 according to that marriage certificate.
