at last - it has been sorted - just took a look at my Hot Matches and about ten pages of "new ones" have disappeared and was left with just one which actually was a match!!!!

After reading your message I've checked mine: 15 pages instead of 1!!
I have tried to find out the detail by clicking on, but it doesn't take me anywhere.
I usually check mine once a month so I don't know when these appeared. If I can't get into them do I just delete them?
Has the computer gone mad?

My problem too with 15 pages, but.......I can't delete any of them!!

Just found the same problem today (not been on here for a week!). I got 15 pages, don't recognise any names I discarded in past. Asked GR today, presuming I won't get a reply but will let you all know if i do. :-0

Ann, that is the same email wording that I received, too.

In my reply I asked that a sticky be put on each board acknowledging the issues in the site and stating that they were being addressed.

I only have 2 new names on 15 pages of hot match for me
and i carnt open mine a well

had an email saying i had super hot match. with a susan. clicked on it and i had 3 matches with ther.i know i have more, the most highest ones i have is 3 . with 84, 77. and 45. who are the same family as me. tried clicking on the others[ with 2 /10] but could not. so i clicked on the one with 84. and it came up, and clicked on previous or next and the ones that i couldnot get up previously came up. hope you understand this??.

i had 35 pages of hot matches and now i have only 15.seem to have lost 20 pages somewhere.

no problem re-opening the ones I've already viewed, but no joy with the ten pages of new ones!!!

I'm still having the Hot match problem. boo-hoo-hoo

Just looked at my Hot Matches. I prevously had 4 pages and now it there are 15 pages!
Many of them that I've never seen before, have as many as 8 or 9 names that match my family tree..yet when I click on any of them I can't see what the matches are and it sends me pack to page 2.

Since uploading a Ged file from ancestry a few months ago
My Hot matches have been rubbish.The highest match I have now is 3

Some of my cousins are members on here and I know all of either my maternal or paternal side must match their tree's
