Hi Barbara
That'sthe right one on the census. My mistake with theage. I had managed to find she had married Evan Edwards but could only find one son Raymond born 1916 and I found willliam has married Ethel Ryder and can find one child Maisieborn 1920 otherwise I'm stuck. Thanks for rest of info. You know it's appreciated

That is the right family as Ernest was my dad. Actually born September 1910.
I can remember a woman that was a theatre sister in Darlington hospital that mum talked about that I think might be Annies daughter but can't think of her name. . If you can find some names for me maybe it might ring a bel

Just found a Mavis Hogarth born Weardale 1934. As soon as I saw it I knew that was the nurse as I remembered she lived that way. Can find a Doris but not sure if she is Annies
