Edward was born in Kensington, but his mother Leonora's address was in Bishop Stortford...??

Perhaps Bishop Stortford was a family address. I would want to check if other COOKs lived there too.

Sorry Patchem I know it was a long shot, but I have nothing else on the certificates only Edward was born at 70 St Charles Square Kensington and the informant was H G Commings of the same address in 1919. looks like a dead end I guess, thanks for all your time everyone, really much appreciated.
