Image says Banov just transcribed incorrectly.

There seems to be quite a few different people living at that address

Wonder where the husband was? maybe he had gone for good and any other children may not be his but as she was still married had to use his name?

As Jonesey says, in 1910 he was a pawnbroker.
I think you'll also see it wasn't really the census of Ohio, but Wheeling in Ohio Co, West Virginia - Wheeling is the the northern WV panhandle, on the banks of the Ohio R, which forms the border with Ohio.

I don't see him on a later US census.

Lancashire Marriage indexes for the years: 1906
Surname Forename(s) Surname Forename(s) Church / Register Office Registers At Reference
BANOR Cassell E GOLDBERG Fanny Manchester, Holy Law Beth Aron Manchester 503/4/39
BANOV Cassell E GOLDBERG Fanny Manchester, Holy Law Beth Aron Manchester 503/4/39

Looks like LancsBMD had bother transcribing his name

This is Louisa in 2006, why did she not get some certificates then?
Or, she did, and did not pass on the information.

Thanks everyone,

Pathcem, as i stated in a previous post i gave up on researching for a while due to family commitments, i did get certificates, but in between moving home countries (i now live in the UAE) i have misplaced them and so have had to reapply for them, i am basically starting my research over again with the little bit of information i can remember, and no i didnt really complete a family tree on any software so cannot refer to that only small bits of information.

Scan your certs this time round - that way you'll have 2 copies. It's also easy to email them to rellies. I realized this accidentally - half my family is on ScotlandsPeople, so I naturally got scans from them.
