Find Ancestors

Esther Deane was born circa 1900 in Kensington London, she is in the 1901 census as age 1 her mum is Rose Deane and dad is Ralph Deane brother George age 0 who was my grandad and later has a sister born 1905 Amelia Deane.

The question is I can find no death record and no marriage record for her and no children. Family stories have her married in 1937 and acquired a step son Peter so married a pre married man. She died in Kent sometime but cared for by her sister Amelia, but no mention of a husband by then, although Peter inherited as did Amelia. I have looked at different spellings like Ester

EDIT - Looks like he married Winifred going by the 1911 census.

Snowdrop, you must know more than you're telling us? You say that Peter and Amelia inherited so you must know Peter's surname? Also year of death?

According to info off tree Aubrey married Esther Isabelle deane and they had a few children.
sShe was born to Joseph and Emma in 1909 and died 1999.
So it looks like it was a different Esther.

What was Esther's surname at death??

The issue is I don't know Peters surname at all.
Yes Amelia Caswell is the correct sister.
By the account of a living Aunt , Esther married at age 37 the husband already had a son Peter no one seems to remember her new surname at all.
Other misleading info which may or may not be true is that she liked to be known as Aunt Stella even though this wasn't her name, but Ive checked using that name too.
Apparently she died somewhere near Bilchington in Kent.
I've found two families in the census but are they the same family or different?
in 1901 Rose and Ralph are with George age 0 and Esther age 1 but in 1911 there is the smudged Rose Marie widow record with children Hester George and May who could be sister Amelia b. 1905 ish

I think this is correct but how does this Hester connect to the earlier Esther?
also an aunitie says that her grandad Ralph Deane reportedly died 6 months before my father who was her brother was born which was 1926, so is this the correct Ralph?

There is a Birchington on sea in kent is that the same place?
