Chris from Kent

Chris from Kent Report 7 Oct 2011 16:03

Can anyone help me. I have come to a complete standstill. I have a great named Frank Hubert Ralph FARRER born about 1888. He married Jessie Elizabeth COOPER. I have ordered and received their wedding cert. 28 Apr 1913. in Rochford, Essex.
He is listed as 25 years old, Bachelor - Bombardier RGA. Address The Barracks, Shoeburyness. Father Ralph Ernest FARRER. Commercial Traveller.
She is listed as 23 years old, Spinster - 11 Wakering Avenue, Shoeburyness. Father Arthur Vincent COOPER. Gardener.
I have found FHR Farrer WW1 Medal Roll. Reg 24260.
But cannot find his or her birth cert or census records.
It is possible FHR was born in Surrey but have nothing to substantiate this.
Would be so greatful for any help or pointers as I really thought this would be easy once I had the marriage cert and the Fathers names.
Thanks
Chris

I will certainly keep this in mind but not convinced.
