I have just Google Earthed Isaac's residence which was on the corner of 10 Union Street and 1 East Street Fareham.
It is still a Bakers today..........just wondering if i pop in, i might get a free doughnut!! :-D

14 June The will with a codicil of Henry Emery late of Bartley in the parish of Eling in the county of Southampton Wood Dealer who died 9 May 1873 at Bartley was proved at Winchester by John Emery of Bartley Wood Dealer the son the surving Executer.
Effects under £600

There's no age on the record so don't know when this one was born!

The Emery's are from my Mothers side. My Fathers brother lived in Chapel St, Bitterne (will have to check the No) for most of his life!

Got an Alfred who is a baker in Southampton Winchester?? Died in 1861.

10 Aug. The will of Alfred Emery late of the town and county of Southampton Baker deceased who died 5 Apr 1861at Southampton aforsaid was proved at Winchester by the oath of Anna Maria Emery of Southampton aforesaid widow the Relict and the sole Executrix.

Effects under £300.
