Hi Jo,

Yes,Don and son Bill seem to be quite into moths in New Jersey and places beyond.

Would you mind if I deleted my post to the links for the articles in the Westfield Leader? They make the thread go waaaaay off the page.

Maureen

PS- Thelma and I never match against each other. Good team, though. SatNav :-)

I heartily agree with you Annie. Thelma and Maureen have really been in a match against each other, to see who can find the info first, and I am the lucky one to receive all this info.

I have many leads now to follow up

Thank you to everyone for ALL your help

You and Maureen in NY have been really brilliant, thank you both very much indeed. Everyone is so helpful on Genes.
I really am not very good on US records.
Of course, I am interested in the rest of the family, so yes, the info on Paul is very much appreciated.

One thing I am keen to know. You mentioned above 'Well found in the 1930, Maureen
Florida Marriage Collection for Vincent Kerstine
If the marriage date was 1941, what are we talking about 1930 for!!
Obviously something I don't know.

Still digesting all the info sent. Many, many thanks
Jo

Note for Maureen - I went to Union City once. I'd just got off the boat with a guy who wound up giving me a lift to Wyoming, and he'd parked his car in Union City, so we got on a cab, left the quayside and shot into a tunnel and 5 mins later were in a maze of oil refineries. Talk abt a culture shock. To quote WC Fields "all things considered, I'd rather be in Co Durham".

Thelma and Maureen in NY

Gosh both of you have been busy while I have been getting the evening meal, etc etc.

Maureen - I did manage to look on the website you gave me, but I could not find the short obituaries you mentioned. Will try again later

A couple of marriages for Marjory and divorce in Florida. As you say, why Florida? I suppose they have a winter residence in Florida and a summer one in New York. I need to digest the info you have both found me.

When looking through the Westfield Leader, I found Mrs. Kersting had a busy social life!!

Thank you both very much indeed for your help.

Regards
Jo

Check out:
