Just had a look at the 51 census and it could be Arthur. Another one in the workhouse in 1881.

Yes that must be him in Canada, he is in the same place, Hastings West, as his sister Caroline and her family. So that's him sorted..many thanks.

Are there any leads for the rest of Caroline's family apart from Elizabeth Estella's marriage?

Really strugglind with the Crossley's. Thereare a few possibles in the 1911 census of Canada for the children........ but nothing firm enough for to add here.
