As you can see below I was given some info last night following up that info I think I've found a marriage for William Stuart and KATE Macpherson? (not Catherine McPherson as I was given) 1898 Dundee as KATE fits in with the incomming passage from South Africa I was hoping some kind person can find their out going passage if this marriage is correct they would have gone 1898/99 as Alan was born in South Africa 1899

could I have a 1871 look up for William Stuart 1862c or Catherine McPherson 1868 I think they were born in Scotland

Too many possible for William Stuart to know which would be the right one without knowing the name of father or mother

1911 census is correct mother down as Kate born 1875 Forfarshire Dundee
she is a widow youngest child Eleanor was 1 and born in Cape Colony

Alan born 1899 in South Africa so thinking about 1895

Catherine might have been traveling with husband William Stuart but as yet I've not been able to find a marriage for them on scotlandspeople so I suppose they could have married in South Africa??

I've also got Eleanor Stuart b 1910c married to Scott Morrison Scotland/ England as yet I can't find a marriage for these two ??

Not sure about the Dr but it could be them the marriage just has 1898 I think I'll have to spend my credits and go into it ??

Kate is short for Catherine in many instances. I really think you need a certificate of some description but how will you know if they are the right couple?
