Jax, he is on Lancs BMD births, 1866 Pemberton district mother Molyneux , but it just says Peter Simpkin. Helen.

Helen - while you're checking out the grave, do a search for 2 of his kids - John Mark Simpkin and Grace Anderson.

You should search at:

Specifically, Cook/IL Ms, Salt Lake/UT BMDs, OR BMDs WI Bs (there's an unnamed Stryker who turns out to be John), WA Ds. Some have free images - you might have to do a free rego first.
