Find Ancestors

My mother Joan EWIN was born 13.5.1923 and there was no father on birth certificate.
Her mother was Louisa Ewin and I have found her living with her mother Charlotte and sister Mabel on the 1911 census. We don't know what happened to her, and I have looked for a death and a marriage but with no luck.
I feel I am not getting anywhere and hope someone can help solve the mystery as to what happened to my grandmother Louisa.

Choccy, Can you please check some of the earlier entries for Sue? There is one in 1926 for Louisa Ewin in Paddington. Also some in the 1930s. Just wondering if she was living with Joan's father who maybe wasn't free to marry Louisa.

Probably working there as a servant, although that's only guesswork, of course. Could have been a lodger
