You are right my best bet would be to try and get Hallan's marriage certificate. On one of another family member's trees they are saying Nellie Bond was born and died in London London England in the same dates I have been given is this any help?

I don't know were Hallan was born I am going on what has beed told to me by family member etc. I know Hallan had my Grandmother in England she was Baptised in 1896 at Kensal Green, St John The Evangelist England. Her name being Dorothy Maude Mary May Davies if that is any help.

Have you found them on English censuses, I cant see Hallan Ada anywhere except her marriage in England and then records in Oz

Thanks every one for the help on Fredrick. All I have to go on is his Birth date 1855 and Death date 1890. Nellie Bond his wife is B 1854 and D 1891. I have found their daughter Hallan ( my GGrandmother ) over here in Perth Western Australia on Voting, Census etc. :-)
