Ive sent you details of the marriage that Jax mentioned....by PM

Saunders now that rings a bell I have heard of a Steve Saunder and pat saunders but wasn't sure if or how they fitted into all this if you know any more please can you let me know or if you know them their where abouts thankyou

There is a marriage to a Saunders that would fit could that be her?

Patricia Southgate (maiden name wills) was 100% his sister she was living with him in Richmond but when he passed away she move don't know where too. His neighbour told me this also the creamatorium told me his sister Patricia Southgate arranged everything when he died.
A Tracy WELLS picked up his ashes they said she was a family friend.

You need to get the Wills/Miller marriage certificate to check it is the correct person, and that Miller is her maiden name.

But this is all speculative, and she could still be alive under Wills or another name.

The Platford marriage: looks like that is her maiden name as there is a birth for someone of suitable age and area showing on free bmd. So possibly no children from that marriage.

To look for children you are looking for births with surname Wills, and mother's maiden name from the marriage.
However, if the wife has been married before then Platford or Miller might not be her maiden name, and the births will not be obvious.
Miller is a fairly common surname, so you are looking for births after 1965, and possibly in the same region as the marriage.
I could see no Wills/Platford births, but quite a few Wills/Miller ones but not in the correct area. However there is a Tracey, born slightly early, i.e. 6 months before marriage and Tracey Wills in Kettering, so possibly coincidence.

As I said before, have you got the marriage certificates?
As you have not, perhaps you should get them to confirm correct people.
