I'm not actually sure if that's right, as I can't confirm through Dorothy's birth record. I managed to find a James Start (born 1933 - The same year I know her brother james was born) Who's mother was a Mary Stevens... But I'm not even sure if James was born in england or in India like Dorothy... So it could be completely wrong...

My grandmother Dorothy Lilian Start was born 21st August 1931 in India. Into a military family
She had a brother names James Start born 1933 (unfourtunately, I don't know where he was born...)

Reggie's post about George marrying a Caroline is sounding like it might be the person I'm looking for, as not only is a son named after him, but 3 other children have the same name as his aunt's/uncles.

It is interesting that his birth doesn't appear to be registered though...

I'm also struggling to find death dates (or even just years) for several of the 14 children. Is anyone able to help with that?
