Who is Robert charles Lanes father thats the next quest..?? cannot find him in index s or cenusus

looking to find Robert charles Lanes father and where when born but cannot finfd in index.. any ideas as date has to be before1850 or Am I miles out as I have no date for Roberts birth. roberts son Henry was born 1890.. confused

You need to get the birth certificate of Henry Charles.
The baptism that LadyKira posted is the only one that I can see for a Lane with those 2 parents.
I think there is another one for Lane with parents Charles Robert and Elizabeth Martha.
So possibly the parents or parent dies, so he is not obvious in the censuses, or they only use part of their names.
This family corresponds to the 1911 I posted, but he is a baker journeyman, not a tram conductor, so wrong?

how do you find the grave if all you have is a name Henry charles Lane 1890 unknown when he died but vanished 1936 and was never seen again by his son Leslie I want to find when he died and where he is at rest to vist the grave and look after it. lived london ...????

Possible henry lane seems right ? As henry was his first name.

There seems to be a good chance that Henry charles lane died in Herefordshire area as last seen there visting family. no date but last seen 1936 poor and hungry? any ideas :-D
