Could you find Thomas Henry on the 1901 census please with his first wife Annie Jane and if there is a daughter Elsie Freda with them. I'm going to check my discs for christenings of children.

Speaking personally having looked at earlier census records for Helen Sophia Harrison I would be inclined to think that the Thomas Henry Harrison above was indeed her brother and that if anything it is the occupation mentioned in her will that is either incorrect or one that he took up between 1911 and 1936.
