Jean that certainly looks like his marriage to Harriet and it fits with the 1911 census.

Just as an after thought, this might be the Thomas Naylor in 1881. Right birthplace. He is son to Harriet before she married the man below. Note her son Charles Willis is there.

Has anyone found Frederica Alice Mary Gammon 1860 after her birth

Registration (posted Page one ) the only other place she comes up is

that 1861 census I poated where she is called Latticia A .
