There are a couple of possible births around that time but his might not have been registered.

That was the first thing I checked last night to see if in his tree for any clues which is why I did not post any possibles without some sort of feedback.

Shame as he would have got a lot of info with just a few more clues.

Information i have is that Frederick William Fryer married Kathleen McManus 30 Oct 1886, at secunderbad (india), he was 23 at the time.
His fathers name is William (i know nothing else), except that his father was deceased at the time of the wedding.
His father in law is a John McManus and all individuals were soldiers

Again apologies, and i look forward to any assistance offered

I live in New Zealand, so we have an obvious time difference in replying
