Ernest's date of birth is 18-11-13


All the children (5) were born in Birkdale.

Joseph signed up at the beg of the war but he'd already done 16 years in the 47th Royal North Lancs regiment.

Part of the BEF in France and discharged Jan 1918 as no longer physically fit for war.

He was in South Africa 1899-1902 and was decorated there!

There's a possible son for Ernest and Patricia born 1959 reg'd in Southport.

And a marriage for that son in 1981

and he (the son) has a tree on here

so you can e-mail him and ask him if his dad is still alive :-)
