Yes janet married albert mellor, on 1901 census was jessie head of household?
Will have to look into 1891 census as i don't know janets parents, but looks good.

Will try and find death for Alice to confirm

Edit found a marriage but need a look up for it 1916 -2005 as i have no sub to look at it

But he is there 1911 isn't he - in 1901 Jessie is married, not a widow.

Hi Sue, I have a William T Trillo in my tree born c1866 in Harewood End Shropshire.

I wonder if he is your Janets Trillow father.


I have found various spellings of this surname -
Trillo, Trilloe, Trillow, Triller. Trilla and quite a few more.

I haven't got the hang of searching my own (new) tree) yet. But will try to find more about William T.

His parents were Sarah Birtwell and Thomas Trillo.
