The reason people have posted about other members of the family is so we can get as many leads as possible.

You mention you've been told about Mildred's birth details but have you seen the actual certificate yourself? If so, can you give us the following:

Mildred's exact date of birth from the certificate

Is there any mention of address or occupation for Norah Gladys?

Did Norah register the birth, or someone else?

Stockwell is in the London Borough of Lambeth, so the 1918 Mildred Wilson birth posted above still seems the most likely, in the absence of any further information.
