Hello, would someone please take a look at the above census for Thomas, born 1774 at Little Stainton, Co Durham and who died 1867 aged 93 years at Little Stainton. On the 1861 census index the reg district is Stockton. Can't seem to find him on the 1851 index. Thank you.

Hello both, I'm afraid that isn't Thomas in 1851 Marie. That is him in 1861 Fred. Thank you both. I wonder why he isn't showing in 1851.

Assumed as he was born and died in Little Stainton he was there in 1851.

On Ancestry I just entered 'Tho*' and residence 'Little Stainton' and there were only 2 results....Bingo :-D

Would someone with FMP sub please take a look at the parish baptisms for Thomas Harrison BYERS bap 1826 at Hart, Co Durham. I don't know if he is related to any of the above, but I was told that I had to keep my surnames to one thread to avoid duplication of research. Thank you.

Hello, I popped into my local library to find the probate date for James Byers who died 13 February 1865 (aged 83) at Westwick, Barnard Castle, Co Durham but they only have Ancestry.com not co.uk and probate search wasn't coming up. Could someone please take a look as I would like to send for the Will today. Thank you.
