It's in the miltary records you found Gins, correspondence trying to get confirmation of the marriage, but a lot of it has faded so can't make out if they found a registration for marriage or not?

OK found military record thankyou.

They had son George Eric Sydney Lawrence 23/4/1911 in Manchester can't find that record,this is one family determined not to make it easy.
If they were born in Scotland I wonder why 1911 says he was born Islington and Dora born in Bury Lancs as was son Lionel/Henry Lionel.

The 3 boys prove illusive in later life also.
