Hi Carolyn welcome to the boards, are you wanting info about them before they left England or after they went to the US?
For reference, this looks like them in 1920:
1920 United States Federal Census about Jerimiah Bingham Name: Jerimiah Bingham [Jerimiah Bringham] Age: 50 Birth Year: abt 1870 Birthplace: England Home in 1920: Toledo Ward 7, Lucas, Ohio Race: White Gender: Male Immigration Year: 1897 Relation to Head of House: Head Marital Status: Married Spouse's Name: Sarah Bingham Father's Birthplace: England Mother's Birthplace: England
Household Members: Name Age Jerimiah Bingham 50 Sarah Bingham 46 - wife, b England Esther Bingham 15 - dau, b NY Edith Bingham 13 - dau, b Ohio Edith Egginton 29 - sis-in-law, b England. Arrived US 1908
Can't make out Jeremiah's occupation.
Seems to be some confusion about when the family arrived. Jeremiah states naturalised 1894 but don't think he could have been naturalised before he arrived!

Although he appeared alone on the passenger list he was apparently travelling with wife Annie (25) according to this:
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Immigration Records, Special Boards of Inquiry, 1893-1909 Name: Jeremiah Bingham Birth Year: abt 1869 Arrival Date: 6 Jun 1895 Arrival Age: 26 Ship Name: Indiana Nativity/Origin: English Series Title: Records of the Special Boards of Inquiry in District No. 4 (Philadelphia), compiled 08/28/1893-11/16/1909 Record Group Title: Records of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, 1787-2004 Record Group Number: Record Group 85 ARC Identifier: 4483061 Archive Roll: 1 Volume: Volume 2 Apr 2, 1895 - Sep 27, 1895
They were detained for 2 days pending investigation. It confirms he did indeed have $1,000. They were held because they had no friends, relatives or address to go to. They were released when it was confirmed he had a railroad order to New York and an offer of work as an elevator man in an hotel and Annie an offer of kitchen work.

Need some feedback from Carolyn.
If Jeremiah left first wife Susan behind and then later married Sarah Jane Egginton then who is the Annie that he arrived in the US with? Where did he get $1000?
Where are any of them on the 1900 US?

Have found several US newspaper articles mentioning Jeremiah (mainly sport related as it seems he was a sponsor).
Will send to Carolyn if she's interested.
ADDED: In 1934 Jeremiah and wife Sarah were the subject of a $½m lawsuit by their former son in law David Prior who had been divorced by their daughter Esther.
29 Mar 1938 Jeremiah died in Miami Florida at his winter residence.

Marie, Jeremiah Bingham was my husbands grandfather. Most everything I know is correct and entered on my tree. Annie Bingham was the nickname of Sarah Jane Bingham. The marriage of Jeremiah to Susannah or Susan was a surprise. No one knew about another marriage.Would there be a divorce notice? I am surmising that Jeremiahs parents are Joseph and Hanna. I do know that his brothers and sisters in all the cenus are correct. I cannot find any info on Sarah's family Eggenton. I know she had a sister Edith and maybe another sister Polly and brother Jack or John. I am not sure about them. Some of her relatives went to Australia--NSW and Canada-Ottawa or Ontario. Jeremiah and Sarah were outdoor lovers and especially Jeremiah. He went all over the world hunting and fishing and also a brilliant business man.
If you could I would like the articles on his fishing trips and also the article about the lawsuit for 1/2 million by Pryor. That is a true story.
Would like to know if I am on the right track with Bingham as parents of Jeremiah Bingham.
Thank you again and if I can help, let me know

Hi Carolyn, I've checked all available on-line divorce records and there is no mention of one for Jeremiah. I've also checked the newspaper archives, just in case. I doubt that it was annulled because they'd already had daughter Daisy by 1891.
Divorce was extremely rare and very difficult to obtain so I would expect that they didn't. It wasn't unusual at all really for people to separate and take new partners for that reason.
I've also been unable to find any record of a marriage between Jeremiah and Sarah Jane, unless it happened in the US and the record isn't on-line.
The only Jeremiah Binghams that were on the census records for that area at the time were the one posted on the census above (which as you say the siblings names are correct) and one born in 1878 - I've tracked that one and he doesn't appear to have left England. Plus, the occupation on the passenger lists matches Jeremiah's on the 1891 census.
Jeremiah's birth date of 7 April 1869 on the Californian passenger lists corresponds to the June quarter on this birth registration:
Births Jun 1869 Bingham Jeremiah Stourbridge 6c 153
You could always order a copy of the birth certificate to check out the actual birth date and parent's names.
