Hi Reggie, I have searched everywhere. My great Grandmother was born in Poplar London 1865, married twice, the 2nd time to a William Lee & widowed in 1930 in Southampton. . Last address was in Portsmouth in 1938, where I believe she lived with her son Frederick Lee. No one has heard or seen anything of her since, No D.O.D. No cemetry records for portsmouth. I have dawn a complete blank. :-( :-( |

It's strange that she married her second husband still using her maiden name and not her first married name. |

I'd say the death in 1946 in Hampshire is a pretty good bet. |

Perhaps Frederick John Butler (or Butlin) was a cousin of Mary Jane Ubsdell. Cousins often married. |
