Find Ancestors

First of all I would like to say a huge thank your for those that helped me with Andrew Davidson and also Mary Skinner. Tuesday just gone I passed all this on to the grandson of Andrew and his face was a picture he was so amazed but I could not have done that with out some of you on here that helped me and made that possible.

Now I am looking for some more help please Leopold John Wright. Been on freebmd found a Leopold John Wright, b. 1885 Hailsham Sussex. Went to my local History Society went on the 1911 census not there, however found a christening Hooe, Sussex, father George Wright, mother Louisa which does not give me much information

Now the children of Leopold are as follows

Fred Wright b. 8/12/1930
Mabel May Wright b. 26/10/1935
Doreen no idea about her birth

I do know that Mabel was born in Bexhill, which makes me think that Leopold was actually born in Sussex.

Marion, are you working backwards from Fred, Mabel and Doreen? Do you have any birth certs? I think you need to find the marriage of their parents and work back from that. If the one b1885 is the one you are looking for, he would have been 60 when Mabel was born. Not impossible but a bit unlikely.
