Unless you have the children's birth certificates showing the mother's maiden name of Bruce , have you discounted this one ? ...........

If the 1911 is correct, then Eliza Jane's mother wasn't the Sarah Elizabeth Bruce.

Ancestry suggests that she was Sarah Elizabeth Page - but you really need to get Eliza Jane's birth cert.

How do you know that the witness on Eliza's marriage cert was her mother?

........relationships (if any) of witnesses to the couple are not recorded............

Why do you think that the 1892 marriage is for Eliza's parents?

The name a woman uses when she married isn't necessarily her maiden name
