Yes that is the correct marriage, as you can see EMILY married under the name of SPENCE and we have never been able to find her but on the 1911 census her name is entered as EMILY JANE SPENCER FOSTER, so we are now thinking that her maiden name was SPENCER instead of SPENCE.

I am wondering if she was illegitimate? I cant see her on a census with the father 'James'

Maybe she made him up?

No father is named on this baptism, except for the surname
