I do believe from marriage and census material that the parents are Eliza's.

Eliza is my husbands g grandmother. In the 1901 census she said she was born in 1855 ??? ANY MORE INFO

Fanny Eliza Banks had father James Edward, a wheelwright, at her baptism, which ties with Father's name and occupation on Eliza Bank's marriage.

This might be a complete and utter red herring and there's no direct connection yet, but Richard's father on his marriage was Jeffries Briginshaw a deceased baker.

I just wondered whether he was possibly a descendant of this marriage a generation or two down .
