	Doreen, Have you looked at all the information given above. If the Gladys you are looking for had a father named Herbert then I think the information we have given is correct. Gladys was born 1907 with the surname Ellis (her mother's first married name) She was then known as Gladys Irene Pigden (her mother married Herbert William Pigden just a few months after Gladys was born). When Gladys married she gave both Ellis and Pigden as her surname (perhaps she was unsure as she had half-siblings with the Ellis surname) She died in 1992 as Gladys Irene Bell in Grimsby. Do you think any of this could be correct for the Gladys you are looking for? Kath. x
