Could some kind person please look on 1901 & 1911 census for Joseph Hopkin born 1863 Nottingham, most likely to be a widow as wife Sarah died in 1899 known children were Thomas and Florence and maybe a Harry?.

Hi Mel,

Yes it was the Joseph on the 1891 census who died in 1899 same year as his mother. So there another child out there then!! Will have to go though all the other hopkin's I have to see if there is an odd child with them and where is harry on 1901 census?

Yes I've have all of them now thank you Ann Hopkin on 1871 went to USA in 1898ish and died there in 1905.

Harry died in the USA.

Don't have anything on Harry as only leant abt him this morning and yes I'm told he died in USA went there in the 1920's, he daughter left a comment on my tree on ancestry but hasn't gave me any details. though this is only a side branch of my Krause tree.

Yes that look's like him on 1901 census, I a Wagstraff on one of my trees not sure which one though, going to check now.

Friend called and I had to have a coffee with her and then oh came in from ringing at church and I had to do lunch.
