Hi,
I can only go on what she wrote on the back of the card, which states I am names after my grandmothers sister. Unless this information has been miscommunicated to her over the years and now a red herring.

As my husbands maternal gran was Celenier, we thought an usual name for the time and was keen to find namesake.

Who were Sarah's parents?

She was unmarried when she had her children, and I can't see a marriage to Richard, which may be because in 1891, he was 'married'
