ArgyllGran, Marion isn't with William and his wife Esther in 1891. I can't find her anywhere in 1891. I think that perhaps Pauline meant the 1901 census was the one with William and his niece.

If he wasn't the father of the first child. or at least wasn't married to the mother, this marriage might be a possibility.
