Elizabeth Howard died 26/8/1907 of 21,Upper park Road New South Gate Middlesex wife of William Henry Howard a Paperhanger £37 17s 6d

William was at that address 1909

I am not sure either of these are actually relatives but they could be. I do think maybe James Howard is a clue but don't know where to go with it.

The only thing I have found so far is a negative, neither were at 15 Theberton street in 1907 or 1908 acc' to electoral roll ( though she wouldn't be anyway, and nor would he nec')

The institution where Malyon found a William Howard in Islington in 1911 was His Majesty's Prison, Pentonville, Caledonian Rd.

Just checked their marriage cert and William was down as a paperhanger and his father as a master plumber (dec'd)
