I am still looking for Margaret Tomlinson..Her father is stated as Roibert Tomlinson on her Marriage to Edward Walsh in 1845..I have her on the 1841 Census living in Salford, with which appears to be her inlaws.To save on looking up censuses.All iam after is if anyone could bring up as many Baptisms for a Margaret Tomlinson 1827+5 with fathers name Robert..Ive been on this one for a few yrs, but keep taking a break from it as its driving me round the bend :-0 :-S

I can't find a Margaret Walsh of the approx age you give on any census

Margaret stated that her father was a Bricklayer, and so I managed to find this Marriage:Robert Tomlinsson married Lettice Dale 25th October 1827 at Manchester cathedral,,Robert is a widow and Lettice is a Spinster, so then I found a marriage for Robert to Mary Thompson 1812c..at Manchester cathedral

Struggling today as ive lost the folder with the Tomlinson on it, its somewhere, but where? :-(

A tree on Ancestry says that the Ellen Tomlinson, born 1816, Lytham, Lancs. who married John Williams was the daughter of Robert Tomlinson (1789-) and Margaret Bonney (1786-). It also says that she had a sister Margaret Tomlinson (1821-).
