In fact, they were still in Barrow in 1909, per Alice M's school record on page 1.

But somehow they've slipped through the census net in 1911.

I don't see any births from the marriage.

Snippet in the paper suggests Alfred (or Andrew?) was at 101 North Street, Coventry in 1916:

They don't have any info after 1901, though.

No I can't either. Wherever they are daughter Alice is probably with them.

I can't see any of the 1901 Barrow family in 1911.

This looks to be Alice's baptism........

So if the one you are looking for was married to Reginald Clarke then she wasn't born in Birmingham

What has been your starting point, Gerald?

The marriage record in 1924, or the 1911 census entry? Which one is definitely your Alice?

You may be talking about two different Alices.
