Looking for a marriage c1919 of a John Sim.He had a son-also named John in 1920,born in Barrow-in-Furness,Lancashire.On FreeBMD it states that John(1920) mothers maiden name was TOWN.I can find no marriage record.I can find no members tracing this family on the site to ask either.John born 1920 appears to of died in 1979 in Barrow.On the marriage record I found on FreeBMD,the name of John Sims wife is omitted.Any help much appreciated.

CHEERS everyone,thank you very much for all your help.Now trying to find a marriage (& struggling with it) of a John Sim to Pamela ???.Would of been circa 1873-75 by the looks of things? Can't find either John or Pamela on 1881 census either? Although,on 1891 census they have 9 children,3 of whom were born prior to 1881?Pamela born c 1857 Brierly Hill,Staffordshire,John born c1849 in Scotland.
Any help much appreciated.Children prior to 1881-George-1875,May E-1877 & Agnes 1889.
