	Update everyone it was Alexander Thompson Cowie and Nellie moulton after all. Alec is related I think to my grandmother Annie Hackney as his birth address was 95 Francis street no father is mentioned only mother Emily. It may be a coincidence that he married a Moulton. Thanks everyone for your help.
