	As Arnold Lord is a widower on the 1939 Register........the 2 closed records might be 2 of his children.

	Yes correct marriage malyon & PricklyHolly Prickly Holly You could be right about Arnold Lord never occured it might have been something to do with him. I was told how true .... that John and Ada had twin girls Marian and Joan but no luck trying to find them so im assuming they were born after 1910 as they had a brother William born that year Manchester born

	Census is right Harold is actually Charles Harold Flitcroft which is the line im doing which i have researched but his daughter Laura never knew her grandparents but said her father had sibling Marian and Joan I cannot find anything so maybe she got it wrong thanks for your help

	Perhaps they were cousins of Charles Harold- have you followed the older brothers to see the names of their children? Or perhaps they were related by marriage? There is often a little truth somewhere in the memories, it's just they get a little distorted along the way. Frustrating trying to unpick it all!
