I think it says Arthur's unmarried , and Sara's married, but it's hard to decipher the handwriting.

In the divorce proceedings the petitioner William Rogers Arthur Stirling says that he married Frances Vipont Herbert Stirling then France Vipont Herbert Barlow, widow., 4 June 1870 and had 2 children with her, Arthur Loftus Herbert Stirling born 18 April 1872 and William George Rogers Stirling born 3 Oct. 1873.

(Harry Walter Barlow. He was born on the 2nd February 1864. Son of Henry Walter Barlow and Frances Vipont Herbert (nee Thorpe). His father died in 1867 when Harry was 3 and his mother remarried William Rogers Arthur Stirling and Harry was living with them in Chelsea during the 1871 census....

Raised in the home of his guardian & uncle OTB Postmaster of Bath, with his brother educ Clifton & Neuenheim near Heidelburg (at an English school kept by a Dr Klose);Clifton College 1880-1881. Sandhurst.

Married 28th July 1887 Mable Moore in Stourbridge. Divorced by his wife and married the corespondant Ada Branson in 1890)...(read for more info.)
