Simply put - Unconsecrated just means that it wasn't 'blessed' by any particular religion.

You're right - it does look as if you might need to focus on Maidstone, but possibly in a municipal cemetery? There's no obvious clue where the burial registers are held. You could use the 'bereavement services' at Maidstone BC

If they do hold them, there's likely to be a 'look-up' charge as there would be for the Kent History and Library Centre. Ask for quote from them both.
